We are pleased to inform you that you can now easily dematerialize your mutual fund units with Stocko. Here’s how you can initiate the mutual fund dematerialization process:
What is Mutual Fund Dematerialization? If you are holding mutual fund units in physical form, represented by a Statement of Account (SOA), and wish to convert them into demat form, you can do so by submitting a request in the prescribed form to your Depository Participant (DP). This process is known as the conversion of mutual fund units into demat form.
Steps to Convert Your Mutual Fund Units:
Fill out the Conversion Request Form (CRF) — You will find the CRF for your convenience via this LINK.
Sign the CRF — Ensure that all required fields are completed and signed.
Submit Your Documents — Send a hard copy of the completed CRF along with your Statement of Account to our address.
You can find details of your existing investments in mutual fund units in the Statement of Account received from the Asset Management Company (AMC) or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).
Charges: Please note that dematerialization charges will be Rs.150 per scheme.
