What is Quarterly Settlement of NSE Account?

Quarterly Settlement Process:

In accordance with the SEBI circular MIRSD/SE/Cir-19/2009 dated 03.12.2009, Stocko is required to settle funds and securities in client accounts at least once every calendar quarter (on the 1st Friday of the quarter), depending on the preference indicated in the client’s account opening form. This process ensures compliance with SEBI regulations.

As part of this routine, the available funds and securities will be issued to the client, and the account will be settled once per quarter.
