Here’s how you can find your DP details through the Back Office Portal:
1. Login to the Back Office Portal.
2. Enter your User ID: Your Client Code.
3. Enter your Password: Your PAN (in capital letters).
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email ID.
5. Select the Segment: DP-24-25.
6. Navigate to Client Dir. >> Profile.
7. Click on the PDF option.
In this CMR PDF, you will find all the details of your demat account.
